Orders

Where can I track my order?

We send out an email to the email address provided as soon as your order ships. That email will provide you with both the tracking number and a link to track your order directly. Additionally, we will send an email when delivery of your order has been made. Double check your shipment email for the tracking information and if you still have questions about tracking your order don’t hesitate to contact using the form below.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We currently accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express) as well as offer PayPal and Amazon Payments as an alternative method for customers. All payments are processed securely and will show up on your credit card or PayPal statement as PNWSPORTSAPPAREL.COM

Can I pay extra for shipping to have my item expedited?

Of course! We understand how important it is to have your fan gear apparel in time for the big game, which is why we offer 3 different shipping options (United States). See below for a breakdown of your shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard 3-6 Business Days (USPS First Class): $6.99
  • Expedited 2-3 Business Days (USPS Priority Mail): $9.99
  • Express Mail 1-2 Business Days (USPS Priority Express): $24.99

Certain items may not have the USPS First Class option available at checkout depending on weight of item.

**Please keep in mind this doesn’t include handling time (2 business days)

What’s your return policy? How long do I have to return an item?

When will my order ship?

All orders ship out within 2 business days of purchase, most of the time sooner!

In the rare case of a delay regarding handling time, we will automatically upgrade your order’s shipping method to ensure your fan gear is delivered as quickly as possible.

Why am I getting an error when trying to check out?

We’re sorry to hear you’re having difficulties placing your order. We require that the billing information matches that of the cardholder, in addition to requiring the CVC code (3 or 4 digit code on the back of your card) to ensure that customers feel safe shopping with us.
