If you’ve navigated to this page, that means you’ve made a recent purchase from us here at PNW Sports Apparel and we owe you a big “Thank you”! We appreciate the support and want to do everything possible to make your experience at PNW Sports Apparel as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible. PNW Sports Apparel is committed to 100% customer satisfaction on all purchases! If you’re unhappy or unsatisfied with your recent purchase for any reason, you can return your item(s) to us within 30 days of purchase for a FULL refund. No restocking fees and no questions asked!
***All returns must be in original condition with original tags/packaging. We unfortunately CANNOT accept returns on items without tags or that have been worn.
1. Email us at returns@pnwsportsapparel.com to initiate your return. Please include the purchase date, order number, and reason for return. We will supply you with a pre-paid shipping label if the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged item, etc.). In all other return instances, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs and can ship the item back to us using the carrier of their choice.
2. We cannot accept returns after 30 days from purchase date.
3. If you believe your item was damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
Item Condition:
Any returned items must be in original, brand new condition with all tags/packaging still attached and included in the return. We are unable to accept an item that has been worn, or shows signs of wear and tear. Please make sure your items are returned in the original condition that were received in. If you have any questions concerning the item condition of an item for return, please don’t hesitate to Contact Us.
Refund Processing Time:
We strive to make this as effortless and hassle-free on your end as possible! You can expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of your returned item being delivered at our warehouse. Most of the time, your refund will be reflected much sooner, but it will be dependent on your method of payment at checkout. Some credit cards/banks can take up to 10 business days to process the refund after we submit it on our end.
